Workout Schedule 2012

Varsity PM:  (begin 2/6)                M-F:   3:15 – 5:00 pm
Varsity AM:  (begin 2/27)              M: 5:30 – 7:15 am  &  W: 6:00-7:45am                                                                                                 (5:30 and 6:00 are arrival times)

Varsity Dry Land:                          Will be included in the workout times

JV PM:  (begin 2/6)                        M-F  3:30 – 5:30 pm    
JV AM:  (begin 3/1)                         Thursdays  5:45 – 7:15 am                                                                                                                    (Varsity AM’s optional)                                           

JV Dry Land:                                   Will be included in the workout times

*There will be NO workouts Friday, 2/17; and Monday, 2/20 (Presidents’ Day Weekend)
