On Friday, April 26 it’s the meet! This year the meet is hosted at Campolindo. There will be an early release for all swimmers. Just a reminder, all swimmers must take the bus back to Miramonte after the meet, unless a parent goes to the office and completes a permission form in order to take your child home. This is not a meet to be missed! You don’t want to miss the always entertaining skit! And of the utmost importance, it is Senior Recognition day as well. Come cheer on the team, laugh along with the skit, and feel free to shed a tear or two as the wonderful seniors are acknowledged.

And if that’s not all enough, on Saturday Miramonte will be hosting the JV Invitational meet. All Varsity swimmers are expected to work at the meet, and cheer on their JV teammates. This is always an exciting meet and really shows off the accomplishments of our very talented JV team. We’ll be hosting the snack bar as well, which serves as a fundraiser for the team, so come hungry! If you have a large cooler the snack bar could borrow for the day, it would be most appreciated. You can bring it to Thursday practice and leave it in the team room, or it can be delivered to the pool on Saturday at least a half hour before the meet starts. All JV parents should have signed up for their jobs, and RSVP’d for the dinner, which will be at the Neihaus home at 5:00 p.m. If you haven’t yet, please do so by end of day on Tuesday.
